Martin was still trying to deal with them taking Jake away, and tonight was pretty bad. He went to the bar and had begun knocking them back and before he knew it? He wasn't buzzed, he was bordering drunk. He ordered another beer.

"Had I known that, I would have worn something a little more revealing just for you." she smiled, filling drink orders when she'd get them.

"My imagination is pretty good, and I don't have to share with other guys checking you out." He winked and smiled.

She smiled and rested her hand on his a moment, "If I could stop them, I would and let you have me all to yourself."

"When you are done I will have you all to myself." He finished off his beer.

She'd never heard him be that bold and knew it was from the alcohol. Even so, she didn't want him to stop. He finished his beer and she grabbed the bottle, tossing it in the trash. "You want another one or can I get you something else?"

"Another beer works as I have to wait for what I want." He smiled at her.

She smiled and set the beer down in front of him, glancing at the clock. "Only about thirty more minutes and I'm all yours." she promised.

Forty-five minutes and a few more drinks later for Martin, Sam grabbed her things and was ready to go. She walked around the bar and smiled. "Come on, let's get you home."

"I'm ready." He smiled and stood very nicely buzzed.

Not sure exactly how much he drank or how drunk he was, she looped her arm around his before they headed out the doors. "How'd you get here tonight, Martin? Walk or drive?"

"I took a nice walk, ended up here." He smiled liking her this close.

"Ended up here? I thought you came here to see me." she teased, keeping her arm looped around his. She liked being that close. "Which way to your place?"

"I was drawn here to see you." He grinned and pointed. "This way." He began leading her toward his place.

"I like having that kind of power." she teased, walking with him toward his place.

"Drawing men to see you?" He chuckled lightly and made the short walk to his place. "You coming up?"

[sammmy]

"Not MEN, just you." she grinned, looking up at the building he lived and nodding her head. "Sure, if you want me to."

"I'd like you to." He opened the door for her and followed her in. He went and pushed the button on the elevator. "You look really nice tonight."

She smiled and headed inside with him. "Thank you." She could tell he was drunk and that just made him look that much more adorable. "You look really handsome tonight. I'm glad you stopped by."

"So am I." He smiled as they stepped into the elevator and he pushed the button to go up.

She leaned against the back wall and watched him as they headed upstairs. "You are so lucky you have an elevator. I walk up three flights of stairs." Not that it was hard but a pain in the ass when she had her hands full.

"I wouldn't mind the walk if I wasn't so high up." He smiled then as he moved to her, his body close to hers. "Something I've been wanting to do..." He leaned in suddenly and kissed her.

"I don't even have that many floors to my building. It's just an old brownstone." She barely got the words out before he moved closer, Sam just thinking he wanted to be close. The kiss, not unwelcome, came as a surprise but she returned the kiss, always wondering what it would be like to do that.

When she didn't push him away and returned the kiss instead a thrill went through him. He pressed closer against her deepening that kiss daring to take a bit of what he wanted.

When he didn't pull away, she slid her hands over his shoulders and wrapped her arms around his neck, happily letting him deepen that kiss.

His body firmly pressed against hers then, his tongue teasing over hers slowly.

She slid her fingers into his hair, letting him feel the piercing in her tongue before she gently sucked it into her mouth.
